2.1.4 Not showing as an upgrade

I had the demo version ans is currently 2.1.3



I purchased my license and put in into the right box.



I have left the ftp section blank and also filled it in and still do not get a notification of the 2.1.4 upgrade.



What am I missing?

If you have just purchased your license, why don’t you just ask the helpdesk? It sounds as if you have not entered your license key in the Settings section of the Upgrade center.

I entered it correctly. The help desk got back with me and it was something on their end. When I initially asked, it was quite a long time before I knew they could get back with me because of time difference.



All is good now.
