is this the trial version you downloaded? I have never seen anyone have that many problems and to have those problems? as mentioned there is a downloadable guide but a majority of the cart is self explanatory but getting familiar with the admin panel…for electronic goods there is a Download key TTL (for electronically distributed products), hours in settings and a pulldown menu in product details to upload your electronic item…
