Buy together

I upgraded to 2.0.11 and then installed buy together addon. When I add products to a combination, base product is always added with 0 quantity (instead of 1) and so buy together feature does not work in the frontend (you can't add a product to a cart with 0 quatity). Any ideas?

Here is a scenario:

Customer purchases for more then xx usd, only then he can CHOOSE ONE of xy free products / promotions.

Is this possible?

No customer notification after Worldpay transaction

When customer selects Worldpay payment and is transferred to Worldpay website, status of the order is set to Open. Then customer correctly enters credit card detail or cancels the payment. Order status is set to processed or failed but notification si not sent to the customer. Notify customer is, of course, checked. Could somebody help? Thanks in advance!

quick and top menu + languages

For links in quick links and top menu you can specify different names for different languages but you can't specify different urls??? Am I missing something? Please help.

Language dependent banners

Is it possible to have laguage dependent banners? One set of banners for one language, the second set of banners for another language ...
