I have tried to work with customer support to solve my issues and they had a problem because their using QB 6 and I have QB 7.

I have been struggling with this for months and now that its tax time my client is screaming again.

Can anybody provide a step by step guideline to setting up a test company in Quickbooks to accept the CS-Cart export and be able to generate reports for sale taxes etc....

I found the fix, Thanks to Storm


OPEN.../customer/checkout_totals.tpl

FIND
{include file="common_templates/price.tpl" value=$cart.display_shipping_cost}

REPLACE WITH:
{include file="common_templates/price.tpl" value=$cart.shipping_cost}

Moka, you said you found a fix in the bug tracker. I am having the same problem and cant find a fix in the bug tracker. Do you remember the # or the fix?

I am having the same problem, I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure out why it's happening.

I have tried all settings from the admin panel, one page checkout, estimate shipping costs etc... Nothing. I have check all of my files against another working cart that is not modified (which displays the shipping cost properly) and nothing seems out of the ordinary.

I am getting the same results in the Smarty debug counsel as well (=>0)

The only thing I have changed is the CSS. The DIV tags are all the same.

If you guys have any ideas please share...

split - nice looking site - first thing I did was to hit the bottom left sign up newletter button without entering anything in the text box - huge javascript popup error box...


I found that the error is coming from the conflicting Javascript we inserted on the home page to make the images fade in and out. (works fine if you submit a valid address and on the other pages everything works fine)

Unfortunately I don't know how to fix this. Any ideas? The redirect was a copy and past mistake and is fixed.
