I had a previous version of Live Help installed which as a size of 4.5 MB but then in my cs-cart file area I have found this is 7.9 MB, so downloaded the latest one and installed. Previously I was able to at least do "Test Connection" successful but now I can't even connect.

Any help will be appreciating.

I have started my first ever eCommerce site with CS-Cart hosted on http://www.siteground.com and I can say they are # 1. They helped me to install my cs-cart on the server for free and also helped me several times to configure my site. Everytime I submit a helpdesk ticket, its solved and response time is only 10 to 15 minutes maximum. Initially I had hosted on Lunarpages and in 1 day I found they are absolutely rubbish and then I found siteground. Superb. But unfortunately they have made some changes in their service and now they charge for installaing cs-cart.

I have purchased my own SSL certificate from them and its so cheap. They also installed it for free + free dedicated IP. Also unlimited bandwidth, unlimited database +++ many many many feature. Check yourself.
Support = 10/10
Reliability = 10/10
Speed = 10/10

more than 100% sure and thats why I am feeling very fustrated.

I did A to Z what you've described. But whenever I have the analytics code at the bottom of bottom.tpl I get message "Do you want to display secure/nonsecure page..." and when I press "yes" on that message, it shows another message and says "operation aborted". Couple of weeks before I had installed the analytics code in bottom.tpl successfully and it worked but somehow something has happened and now I can't get it work anymore. My visitors has dropped from 641 to 26 only.

I will appreciate if you can help me to understand what else could be wrong.

I am not sure what I have done wrong but some weeks before when I read all threads here and installed analytics code for my site. It worked fine and suddenly I may have done something wrong which screwed up everything and now I can not get my site working. Whenever I do "Checkout" it warns me with "this site has secure and non-secure page...display ....yes...no...cancel...". If I click yes/no, cancel whatever it is it dumps with error and can not take customers to checkout page.

Here is what I have in my bottom.tpl

After the last tag </table> I have placed following code:

Where XXXXXXX-X is replaced with my Analytics Tracker Number.

In my admin panel I also have checkout and login enabled for secured page. I have my own SSL installed on my domain. My site url is: www.banglaclick.com

I will really appreciate if anyone can give me a hand in this. I am just feeling fustrated as my visitors dropped from 800 visitors per day to 20 visitors per day now.

Please help help help !
