Paypal Problem

I am having this problem that cs cart not sending order notification email to client after payment was succesfully made using paypal.

From admin ... the order still showing "Open" status instead of "Processed"

I already check the IPN box in paypal.

Probably because i am using EUR currencies instead of USD..

Please help
