Possible To Hide Certain Shipping Methods?

07 March 2019 - 02:43 PM

Is there a way to hide certain shipping methods from the customer so that they are only selectable by an admin?

For example, the customer would be able to only see the shipping methods Standard and One-Day.

In the admin backend, an admin would be able to edit the order to select the shipping method UPS Next Day Air.

We ship using lots of different carriers and we don’t want the customer to have the ability to view every carrier and shipping method we offer.

In this way, we’d be able to select the proper choice for the customer in the admin backend (fedex, USPS, UPS) based on what is cheapest.

How To Add Staff Only Notes To Supplier Email

13 January 2019 - 03:53 PM

We’d like to add the “staff only notes” field to the email notification that is sent to suppliers. I can’t figure out what variable to add to the email templates to make this happen. Can anyone help?

How To Send Coupon On Newsletter Signup?

02 April 2018 - 02:33 PM

I believe this is possible because I see an Email template called "Newsletters: promotion". There is also a promotion condition called "Customer is subscribed".

However, I cannot figure out how to get it to automatically send the coupon code to the customer once they have subscribed.

Can anyone help?

Variations And Images

16 March 2018 - 03:40 PM

Currently I have a product such as a t-shirt with 3 colors (blue, red, green), and 5 sizes.
The same image is used for all the different sizes, however I have to upload the image 5 times.

For example, I have to upload the same image for blue shirt 5 times for size S, M, L, XL, and XXL

And then I have to do the same for colors Red and Green.
Is there not a better way to handle this without having to upload the same image multiple times which takes up valuable space and time?

Ideally there would be a way to only upload the images for blue, red, and green, and then be able to select which image to use for all the different variants.
