Hi all,

My shop myprimarket.pl running on latest version of CS-ULTIMATE with VIVAtheme and we have 2 issues that's needs to be fixed. Tried to get help from the support at CS-CART but they seem to be too busy or taking their time....

anyway, these are the issues:

- Customers/visitors can browse products only if they are logged in. if not - they will get to the add new profile page with no option to see other pages. 

In the settings -> checkout -> it is set to ALLOW shopping for unlogged customers. 

Note that this issue happens only with the main store - myprimarket.pl while in myprimarket.com - it is fine and guests can browse any page / product.

- The admin panel sometimes gets really slow (about 1-2 hours / day) and when it happens I get timeout error. this is not all day and it does not necessarily happens when there are a lot of visitors in the shop. actually it can happen when nobody is there beside me....

And a general health check would be great to make sure that all works smoothly.

After upgrading to the latest version of CS-CART, when a customer is visiting the shop he gets the below error/notification:

Access denied You must log in before you can access this resource!

and it takes the vistor to the sign in page.

I need the shop to be fully open for guest visitors not only to registered customers.

Any idea why this has happened?

I'm using VIVA (lated version) and the shop url is www.myprimarket.pl

Any help would be really appriciated.

I see at the bottom of the custoer profile (within the admin panel) a new section I did not see before with the text - "No items defined".

Can anyone or someone from CS-CART can clarify what this section for? how can admin or customer define items? what do you mean by items? anything??

After upgrading to the latest version, when a customer is trying to login via Facebook or Gmail - it does not login and errror shows

Afrter removing unused addons today, I have issue with data shown on administration panel of the shop.

The "_" appears all of the suddent before order id, and some of the column titles and the option to chose how many results to show per page is totally messed up.

Attached screen shot with the above issues highlighted in Yellow.

Anyone have any idea what could cause it and how can I fix it?
