im facing promotion auto disable issue
after purchase
when user enter promo code and check out with payment
the promotion auto disable and the condition promo code become empty.

if they use offline purchase, it doesnt affect the promotion to become disable.

when user use online payment gateway, after they make the payment, the promotion become disable, and the condition promo code equal to empty.

i try to purchase $ 3 cookies with $9 shipping fee, and my promo code is $ 10 discount.

possible to deduct the price without touching shipping fee?

mean that customer still need to pay the $9 shipping fee. the promo code only applied to total price of product purchase?
