On the Administration -> Logs page check requests and answers from updates.cs-cart.com 

nothing I can see there(


And be sure that the license key is entered correctly in the upgrade center.

Hello,

 

Maybe your server blocks the communication? Do mind that CS-Cart server for license authentication uses a russian IP adress, which are almost immediately linked to dangerous hacking attempts and such. So just make sure that your hosting provider has unblocked that for you!

yes, but to do it automatically (like to send notification to some email we set up). Thanks
