Why does a manufacture whose name starts with a small letter 'a', get shown after the manufacturers whose names start with capital letter 'V' in the Extras block at the bottom of the website pages.

In the brand scroller, the listing is not case-sensitive, and "aFe Power" shows up between "Active" and "AKG".  But in the link in the Extras block in the Default Page, the brand "aFe Power" is shown after the "Vorshlag" manufacturere.

A friend recommended I use Mouseflow to see how customers utilize my site pages, and to see where they are falling off.  I have about 200 visitors a day, but lately, they aren't ordering, and I would like to find out why.

Has anyone used it?

And to use it, I have to put a code before the closing body (/body>) tag on the site.  How would I do that?

What is this /page-2/ being added to some of my pages?

I am seeing pages in Google Analytics Behavior Flow such as the following.

/spec-e30-racing-parts/interior/page-2

/parts/exterior-body/page-2/

/safety/trackside-and-towing/towing-and-trailer-accessories/page-2/

/safety/car/seats-mounting-hardware-and-accessories/page-2/

When I look at my Categories SEO names, they are the same except for the /page-2/ added on at the end.

I have even seen some that add a /page-3/ to the category name.

It only happens to one out of ten pages shown in the Analytics Behavior Flow.

I'm concerned I have duplicate pages, but I don't see them on the admin side.  Can someone explain what this is?  I have noticed on the SEO Add-On in Settings:, that Category SEO URL format is set to:

/parent-category/category/[page-2/]

but it happens infrequently so I discounted that as the source of the issue.

So what is going on, and should I be concerned?
