#183984 Cart-Power Add-On: Call Request

Dear Friends,

We are glad to introduce you the "Call Request" add-on. It allows customers to request a call. After the installation of the add-on you will have a special button on the product detailed page of the storefront with the form for contact information. Also the button can placed anywhere in the storefront within block manager. After a customer fulfills the form and submits it, you will get a notification about a new request in the admin panel and via e-mail. Now everything you should do is just to call your customer.

To define the email where all the notifications about new call requests will be sent go to Admin panel > Add-ons > Manage Add-ons > Call Request Settings. To see the list of all call requests go to Admin panel > Customers > Call Request.

Only thing I could ask if it could work on the admin side aswell when editing an order

It is not very convenient to make it in admin area as there are a lot of params that can be edited at once and then just click the "Recalculate". We decided not to include this functionality in the add-on, but if you need it, we can develop it for you. In this case, please, contact us.

Dear Friends,

We have updated the "Automatic cart recalculate" add-on. Below is the list of changes:

For v4:

do not use the items_list override hook

For v3:

on the checkout page when delete product the shipping cost was not updated (default CS-Cart bug) - fixed
do not use the items_list override hook

Customer who already downloaded the add-on can download the latest version in their account on our site.

Today we are glad to introduce you our Automatic Cart Recalculate”add-on!

A simple add-on that automatically recalculates the cart's total cost with AJAX, with no need to click the "Recalculate" button. Now you can simply enter the number of products or change options, and all the prices will be recalculated automatically.
