We are glad to introduce you the "Call Request" add-on. It allows customers to request a call. After the installation of the add-on you will have a special button on the product detailed page of the storefront with the form for contact information. Also the button can placed anywhere in the storefront within block manager. After a customer fulfills the form and submits it, you will get a notification about a new request in the admin panel and via e-mail. Now everything you should do is just to call your customer.
