In Topic: Remove Phone Mask In Call Request

Yesterday, 10:12 PM

The issue is that even in Ireland  a landline number in the capital city the cod is 01  so  +353(0)15 0328 34_   which leaves a missing number at the end, for the rest of the country it is fine as the codes are o45 021 etc  +353(0)455 0328 341

Now most of the population in Ireland live in Dublin the capital city, So country based phone pattern just don't work

Is there a work around

and then there is the issue between mobile numbers and landline number which can veary in length

Alan

Anyone on this please

Hello Alan,

Did you try to leave the Phone mask setting (Add-on settings) empty? Then it should use automatic country-based phone pattern.

Processor is Realex and the version is CS-Cart 4.5.2.SP2

It is only happening on 1 of the storefronts.

The main storefront accepts GBP, the other storefront accepts EUROS.

It is the EURO storefront that is not working.

The order does not log in the admin panel but it logs in the database as status 'N'

thanks, hoping you know a fix!!

thanks

You might find that if you go into the view orders page in admin, and then select the dropdown in the top right hand corner and select, incomplete orders that your missing orders will show in the admin.

It definitely sounds like a payment processor issue. But I know little about them.

I think you can change the footer background from the Theme Editor. See this resource: https://docs.cs-cart...me_editor.html

If your theme doesn't support that, then add the following code to your CSS file:

.tygh-footer > div {

    background-image: -moz-linear-gradient(top,#FFcccc,#fff) !important;
    background-image: -webkit-gradient(linear,0 0,0 100%,from(#FFcccc),to(#fff)) !important;
    background-image: -webkit-linear-gradient(top,#FFcccc,#FFFFFF) !important;
    background-image: -o-linear-gradient(top,#FFcccc,#fff) !important;
    background-image: linear-gradient(to bottom,#FFcccc,#FFFFFF) !important;
    background-repeat: repeat-x;
    filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient(startColorstr='#FFcccc', endColorstr='#ffffffff', GradientType=0) !important;

}

This should be compatible with all browsers.

After doing this, don't forget to clear cash. Go to Administration - Storage - Clear Cache.

Thanks for that it worked a treat.

probably

.tygh-footer:

{

.background-image:  linear-gradient(to bottom,#FFcccc,#FFFFFF);

}

Nope, I tried that. this site is also using the same theme, www.takestock.ie I want the area that has stay in touch, customer service etc with the background.

I have loads of custom css rules on the other site, and they all work it is just this area that I can't seem to figure out.
