Request A Call Notification Via Sms (Clickatell Support)

18 June 2014 - 08:55 AM

I have prepared a script that sends an SMS to you every time someone requests a call back.
It supports clickatell service.

This is the script:

function handleclick() {
var username = 'your_username';
var password = 'your_password';
var api_id = 'your_api_id';
var recipient = 'mobile_no_to_receive_notifications';
var name = document.getElementById('call_request_name').value;
var phoneNo = document.getElementById('call_request_phone').value;
var timeToCall = document.getElementById('call_request_time').value;
var messagetxt = ' The user ' + name + ' requested a call at ' + phoneNo + '. Call ' + timeToCall;
window.location.href = 'http://api.clickatel...p/sendmsg?user=' + username + '&password=' + password + '&api_id=' + api_id + '&to=' + recipient + '&text=' + messagetxt ;
window.location.href = 'http://www.boat2rent.eu';

And this is the form that you need to put in a custom smarty html block:

<div class="call-request" style="" id="block_call_request">

<form target="_self" method="post" name="block_call_request" action="javascript:handleclick()">

<label for="call_request_name">Name</label>
<input type="text" class="input-text" name="call_request[name]" id= "call_request_name" value="">

<label for="call_request_phone">Phone</label>
<input type="text" class="input-text" name="call_request[phone]" id="call_request_phone" value="">

<label class="" for="call_request_time">Time to call</label>
<input type="text" class="input-text" name="call_request[call_time]" id="call_request_time" value="">
<span class=""><input type="submit" value="Submit" name="dispatch[your_return_dispatch_page]"></span>
