Issue With Downloads Page

20 January 2014 - 10:08 AM

We recently redesigned our website and are now having a serious issue, as far as we know, no one has changed any permissions or settings. I've seen other people have had this problem, but no one has posted how they fixed it.

URL: www.gazoob.com

When people purchase items to download, once they have gone through all the payment options, they go to the download page to get their files.
They click on the file they want, which takes them to the following page on the site.

index.php?dispatch=orders.get_file&ekey=478c4084a415bb216b87de3ae5b7b2cd&product_id=28&file_id=19

But it just displays a 403 Access Denied error. on all files. I've tried this as both myself, and a customer.

Any help would be grealy appreciated.

Thanks in Advance

Menu Active For Multiple Dispatches

08 January 2014 - 04:52 PM

I'm trying to set up a menu that will be active for multiple dispatches.

I have a 'PRODUCTS' menu which opens up the Categories.catalog dispatch, but i need to stay active on all categories, and then also on the Products pages as well.

If i set it to be active on 'All Categories, it will be active on categories, but not products or the catalog page.
if i set active to 'categories' it will be active for the catalog, but not products, and all categories.
if i set active to 'products' it will be active for products and all categories, but not the original catalog page.

Is there a way to set the menu to be active for all products, and the categories, and the categories.catalog page?

Category Description On The Catalog Page

06 January 2014 - 12:40 PM

I'm working on the catalog.override.tpl file and trying to have it display the category image, description and other elements on the main catalog page.

The code i'm using is the following

{hook name="categories:catalog"}
{split data=$root_categories size=$columns|default:"3" assign="splitted_categories"}
<div class="grid_12 whiteback alpha greyBorder">
{foreach from=$splitted_categories item="scats"}

  {foreach from=$scats item="category"}
   {if $category}
   <div class="grid_12 alpha">
	 <div class="grid_3 alpha omega cat_image greyBorder-b" style="min-height:200px;">
	 <a href="{"categories.view?category_id=`$category.category_id`"|fn_url}">{include file="common_templates/image.tpl" show_detailed_link=false object_type="category" images=$category.main_pair no_ids=true show_thumbnail="Y" image_width='200px' image_height='200px' hide_if_no_image=true}</a>
	 </div>
	 <div class="grid_6 alpha omega greyBorder-br" style="min-height:200px; padding:10px">
	 <h4 class="product_header"><u><a href="{"categories.view?category_id=`$category.category_id`"|fn_url}" class="strong">{$category.category}</a></u></h4>
	 <p>
    DESCRIPTION TO GO HERE
	 </pre>
	 </p>
	 </div>
	 <div class="grid_3 alpha omega greyBorder-b" style="padding:10px 9px; min-height:200px">
	 Download
	 </div>
    </div>
   {/if}
  {/foreach}
{/foreach}
</div>
<div class="clear"></div>

{capture name="mainbox_title"}{$title}{/capture}
{/hook}

I've tried adding $category.description, and it didnt work.
I tried $category_data.description, not working either.

Please help! Thank you

Location without default wrapper?

22 April 2013 - 11:13 AM

I'm trying to create a page which will be Full screen, and therefore will not need to have the header and footer from the default page.

Is there a way to set up a location without it having these blocks included?

It will still need CS Cart functionality, as it will be a full screen replication of what appears in a smaller box.

Thanks in advance!

Displaying Additional Image on Custom Template

19 February 2013 - 11:22 AM

I'm creating a custom template which breaks out of the usual design.

I need this design to show the first additional image that is shown, but i cant find anywhere that lists variables that are used to display this.

The main image is displayed using the following
{include file="common_templates/image.tpl" obj_id=$obj_id_prefix images=$product.main_pair object_type="product" image_width='460px' image_height='460px'}

Which part do i change in order to get it to point at the additional image?

Thanks in advance.
