Mv 4.2.4 - Cannot Download Digital Files Using Google Chrome Version 46.0.2490.80 (64-Bit)

05 November 2015 - 11:01 PM

Is anyone else have problems downloading digital files using the current version of Google Chrome?

A customer called this to my attention today and I have verified it by trying to download the files from my admin account also.

The downloads either stall endlessly or result in an error code.

Thanks in advance.

Mv 4.2.4 - New Vendors Cannot Login/change Password

27 May 2015 - 12:48 AM

I know this issue has been resolved in 4.3.1 but the number of new bugs and problems is keeping me from updating to that version.

When a new vendor has been approved on my site, they receive an email address with a temp password. When they attempt to login, they are given an error code saying access denied to changing their password and can therefore not login to their new account (bad for business).

I found the instructions from CS-Cart to fix it here - http://forum.cs-cart...hange-password/

However, when I follow the instructions my site does not load at all. Blank white page in any browser I try.

Can someone help or tell me what I'm missing?

Thanks in advance.

Trouble With Local Install On Xampp (Mac)

28 March 2015 - 12:48 AM

I've successfully installed XAMPP and MySQL and on my system and everything is running smoothly.

I've installed a clean version of MV 4.2.4 on my local system and it runs perfectly (both storefront and admin).

PROBLEM: After copying the new config.local.php and adding ALL of my entire public_html folder to my local directory, I get this error (see attachment).

I have triple checked that both var and cache folders have full access the read and write.

Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance...
