It was confusing for me in the beginning and still is  :mrgreen:

It does work good.

You must use the Filters and Features under the products tab in the admin panel.

I like this add on. Nice job. It is very configurable and easy to use. I would suggest that the add on should be placed in alphabetical order along with the rest of our add ons. It is at the top of the list now and should probably be lower with the "m's" for Mega Menu. Also, a suggestion for the other developers, PLEASE have your name/logo with your link included with the add on in the list of add ons. This helps us to know which add ons are third party and where we got the add on from.

 

I may need to purchase another one.

I do agree, cscart does need to address shipping options. There are so many different variables, I can understand this would take some work and definitely with the feedback and suggestions from us, Shipping has always been a gray area for me and I have to periodically tweak it so that the law of averages tilts my way a little.

This has always been a problem with my store also. So many different products can be combined into same box.

If I use the dimensional method, cscart tells fedex I have 15 boxes to ship when in reality I can fit into 3 boxes.

So what happens is, my customer gets a very high rate and goes elsewhere to buy and I get stuck eating hot dogs again this week  :mrgreen:

I am not a programmer either, but I would think there is a solution somewhere.

If I want to see if a package has been delivered, I click on order #, then I click "shipments", then I click Shipment ID #, then I copy the tracking # and paste that on FEDEX website. 

I do all this just to see if package has been delivered.

Is there an easier way??

I could not find any add ons.

 

It would be nice if, at least, the tracking number would be available as a link in the order detail page or even in the "shipments" area.

 

Only a suggestion  :mrgreen:

i thought it would be just calling the tracking Id field and adding it as a column on this page. Has any one done this ?

I find it a hassle since for looking the shipping status you have to goto Shipping Page and then get the Tracking ID , search the Shipping courier website put it there get the status now come back to the Order Manage page and then change the status.

Cs-Cart should have thought about usability ...

I agree with you. I would also like to be able to check status of shipments with much less clicks.

Hello Guys,
How to implement the cash on delivery payment method for few products ?

Create COD Available option in the product listing page and link them with the checkout, as enabling existing COD will enable on all product. If buyer selects one COD product and other non COD than COD product would get automatically converted to non COD

You can use this add on along with adjusting your weights to trigger a specific shipping option that will trigger a specific payment method.

after you enable tinymce editor you need to edit file js/tygh/editors/tinymce.editor.js
and here you find possible configuration

Open this file js/tygh/editors/tinymce.editor.js and find this menubar: false, and make it menubar: true, This will bring up a use ful menu. Don't forget to clear cache.

The API user name and password to be entered are my business Paypal username/password, correct?No, Sign into your PP account and go to My account/Profile/My selling tools/API access and click update. You will find info there.

The above is if you choose PayPal express checkout as your processor.

You could also select PayPal as your processor and use your email account and password associated with your pp account.

The ability to create a quote for customers would be huge. The administrator would create a quote by adding standard products and/or custom fields. When the customer is notified, they can check out with it and even add more products to the cart.

I purchased Request a Call and this works great. My customers have really started to use this feature and helps to build a relationship with these soon to be customers.
Your support is great and is also very important too. Some guys are not so supportive if you know what I mean.
