Add Dynamic Body Class or ID?

Is there any way to add a dynamic class or ID to the body tag? Or any other tag for that matter?

I find this cart incredibly limiting in the fact that you can't use different page templates and the cart doesn't assign dynamic classes or ID to anything aside from products.

Cannot create a user group that can create other users!

I'm trying to give a user group permission to create other users. This doesn't seem to work at all. No matter what permissions (I haven given them full access as a test and still nothing) I give their user group they still get a 403 Access denied error page when trying to create a new admin user. Any ideas?

Easy way to add google_product_category to features?

I'm using the data feeds add-ons for Google Base. I've added the required fields except for "google_product_category". I see where to add it in the admin area on the product page, but when I add it to a product it doesn't export that field in the CSV. So I'm a little stumped on how to easily add the "google_product_category" to ALL my products using an excel template.

Is there something I'm missing?

Testing the Cart and E-mail templates

I'm looking for an easy way to test my cart on my dev server. I wanted to make some edits to the e-mail templates that get sent to a customer and the store admin after an order is placed. How do I go about doing this? I have set up a Test payment method for checkout. It does work, but I'm just not getting an e-mail. Any ideas?
