I can Not send test message because of "department" select.

 

How can I remove this one or remove?

The problem us caused due to the fact you need to install local or cloud Re:Desk and connect it to your CS-Cart store. After that all departments that are created in your help desk will appear in this filed in your store contact page.

By the way we are now updating our design for Re:Desk and almost the final results are ready, please have a look:
