CyberLNC & Scott Combs (S-Combs)

04 July 2010 - 03:16 PM

To all CS-Cart forum members who are current clients or were clients of CyberLNC.

My name is David L Litz; I normally browse the forums under D-Litz.

I'm the co-founder of CyberLNC established back in 2005 along with Scott Combs, another co-founder of CyberLNC.

The primary purpose of this post is to officially reply to the Thread that Scott created located here

http://forum.cs-cart...ead.php?t=17990

About his current relationship with CyberLNC.

In his thread, a post was made under the CyberLNC forum account that does not reflect the full details and also has miss-leading and inaccurate information.

The post was not authorized by me, however the damage had been done and the person who created the post has since been removed.

I would like to take this opportunity to officially announce that Scott Combs is still very much involved with CyberLNC and has returned to help maintain our servers.

Future of CyberLNC

CyberLNC is a stable company however our reputation has gotten tarnished over the last few months because of the head technician hired to take Scott's place during his absence.

This tech was very rude to many clients and took it upon himself to completely change all server configurations that we had worked so hard at perfecting to improve the security and performance of the various commerce shops that we host. A major clash between him and Scott over these new server configurations is what finally divided our company into 'CyberLNC Hosting' and 'Secure Cart Hosting'.

- This technician is no longer retained by CyberLNC -

We are currently discussing a merger possibility in order to utilize these new servers of SCH which are now configured how CyberLNC servers used to be in the past. The outcome of this discussion is still uncertain but the talks have been positive. All current clients of each company are stable.

Scott was sent a copy of this message prior to its posting and has approved.

We would also like to thank each and every one of our current / past clients.
