Force Https On For Cs Cart Version 2.0.12

10 November 2016 - 03:42 PM

I want to force https on for the entire site on an old cs cart site.

The general settings only allow https on certain areas, which are all checked: https://www.dropbox.....40.25.png?dl=0

But how do I do it site wide?

Visiting the site on https takes you to a page with just this in the source...

<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="0;URL=http://www.website.co.uk/" />

Doing a "Find in files" doesn't reveal anything that would do this.

Help Using Hooks In Custom Addon

23 September 2016 - 03:33 PM

I'm trying to do this in a completely new plugin, but, I can't seem to get any data back in any of my tests, not any of them! I've tried to uninstall/reinstall the plugin, I've tried a simple hook like "add to cart", nothing appears on the page or in the network tab. Can anyone suggest what I am doing wrong here?

Thanks in advance

Here's my addon.xml:

<?xml version="1.0"?>

<addon scheme='2.0'>
    <name>Test Addon</name>
    <description>test addon</description>

if (!defined('BOOTSTRAP')) { die('Access denied'); }

if (!defined('BOOTSTRAP')) { die('Access denied'); }

function fn_testaddon_update_order($order, $order_id){

function fn_testaddon_add_to_cart($cart, $product_id, $_id)

Change Name Of Product Tab

18 March 2016 - 04:27 PM

So this page suggests I can change the product tab name:

On a product page I can't see where I would be able to edit it? The cs cart docs page suggests I can click the cog button, but there is nothing there to change the name?

I would like to change "Attachments" to "Documents" or something similar like that (on both the front & the backend).

Completely Override Another Hook Used By Another Plugin

02 February 2016 - 02:42 PM

I want to add custom Schema to a product detail page. I am almost there using

It looks like adding to this file seems to build up all the data from other hooks too from other files, in this case, the 'seo' plugin uses the same file name used at the location:

This results in the code in hooks in both these files to be output on the page, the SEO plugin's & my custom hook. I want to disable the hook used by the SEO plugin, but not the plugin itself.

Rather than directly editing the 'seo' plugin hook, I want it to be future-proofed in case a cs-cart update overwrites it.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how this would be possible?

Uncaught Referenceerror: Jquery Is Not Defined - Removes All Markup After Page Load?

26 January 2016 - 09:29 AM

I'm really confused by this, has anyone experienced this before?

Every few reloads of a page triggers an error. which appears in a red box:

The funny thing is, it appears to start loading in the content (I can see if coming in the network tab in chrome dev tools), you can see the page being loaded in the browser, then it seems to get to the bottom and suddenly it removes all my page's markup! Seriously! This is all I am left with:

<html><head></head><body><div data-ca-debug="1" style="border: 2px solid red; margin: 2px;">Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined</div></body></html>

Any ideas how I can stop it from removing my markup in this way, even if the error persists?
