Unable to 'Act on Behalf Of'

19 February 2013 - 10:40 AM

Since I moved web hosting server, when I click on a customer and the 'Act on Behalf of', it fails to log me in on behalf of this customer. Does anyone know if there are any settings I would need to change to get this to work?

Increasing page load performance

03 February 2013 - 02:12 PM

I've run tests on GTMetrix & Pingdom, both tell me that I should "Specify a Cache Validator", "Specify a Vary: Accept-Encoding Header" and 'Delay Javascript Parsing' to increase performance for my page load time. I'm running SmartOptimizer, and have GZip in use as well.

I've added the following code to the beginning of my .htaccess file :

<IfModule mod_headers.c>
<FilesMatch "\.(js|css|xml|gz)$">
Header append Vary: Accept-Encoding

but I still get the warnings. I've also tried some code for Cache Validator, but no luck. Any ideas anyone please?

Search orders by custom field & download ordered products list

07 November 2012 - 09:41 AM

I have version 2.22 at the moment. I have a custom field called 'Delivery Date' which the customer has to select under 'Delivery & Billing Details' at checkout (Step 2). This is the date that the customer wishes to have his/her order delivered.

I need firstly to have this as one of the fields in my 'View orders' page, so that I can sort orders by Delivery Date. If I were then to download all orders with a particular delivery date, I would then like to see a summary of the total quantities of each of the products ordered for that day. So for example, if I downloaded orders with a delivery date 7/11/12, I would see a list of Product x = 5 qty, Product y = 10 qty etc. This would help me with stock & administration, as I do this manually at present.

Does anyone know if this can be done, and if not is someone able to do it?

Many thanks

MySql.php fatal error after moving server

04 March 2012 - 09:23 PM

My hosting provider has moved my website to a new server, and now I have the following error appearing :

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 76 bytes) in /public_html/core/db/mysql.php on line 101

On top of this, my thumbnail images are not loading. Does anyone have any ideas why? This is having a bad effect on my business, so I need to find a solution urgently.

Many thanks

Upgrade problems when moving server

03 March 2012 - 01:13 PM

I'm moving server, and have started a clean installation of CS Cart on my new server (version 2.0.10 which was the version I purchased). I want to upgrade this version to version 2.2.2 (which is the current version on my old server). However, the only upgrade showing in the Upgrade Center is 2.0.10 - 2.0.11. I have refreshed packages list and I have also deleted the Upgrade folder in /httpdocs/var, but this doesn't change anything.

All permissions have been changed correctly (I think) - /var & subdirectories = 777.

Settings in the Upgrade center :

Updates server = http://updates.cs-cart.com
Directory = /httpdocs

After I upgrade from 2.0.10 to 2.0.11 it says "Forbidden...You do not have permission to access this document". If I then go back to the Upgrade Center, I can still see the upgrade 2.0.10 to 2.0.11 available!

Can anyone help please?
