is there is way to always expanded product tab to be always open in the mobile view

we need to customize and store information customer if we create order via backend to the customer ,
so if the customer called us again to create order we can ask for his mobile number and enter in the enter data below customer information so all his information will fill automatically .
as default Cs-Cart only fill registered customer not Guest customer

we want an add-on to store customer information if I create an order on behalf of a customer via backend and i want to store the information of customer to able to search by mobile phone for customer if i need to create another order for him

as the normal for cs-cart is to create customer as guest and information not stored anywhere
