In Topic: FREE ADDON: Wholesale change orders status

19 March 2014 - 10:39 AM

Hi Robert

Thank you for getting back to me. I installed the addon and it works perfectly, thank you!

I'm new to this and wanted to check that I had done things correctly:

1) Unpacked the tgz on my local machine.
2) Using WinSCP, I dragged and dropped the two 'order status' folders to the 'addons' directories of 'app' and 'design/backends/templates'
3) I installed the addon using the admin area

Was that correct? I didn't know if there were any permissions changes that needed to be made?

Thank you for your help!

With best wishes

Charles

Thanks so much for sharing this addon, which is exactly what I have been looking for today.

The Read Me file is empty. Please could you explain exactly how to install the addon?

Thank you!

In Topic: CS-Cart SaaS Is on the Horizon

14 February 2014 - 05:54 PM

I'm excited about the idea of CS-Cart SaaS. Cs-cart is getting better and better, so that there isn't much that needs customising these days in my view.

The critical things that I would need to become a SaaS customer are:

1) To be able to use secure SMTP for email with googlemail and amazon SES
2) To be able to modify template files for both customer AND admin areas - especially invoice.tpl
3) For the datafeed module to exclude out-of-stock products and run daily automatically
4) To be able to bulk update the status of orders
5) Er... that's it!

That's great - I ran the command as a cronjob, and it worked perfectly for resetting cached content.

Thanks again!

Hi

Thank you for posting the information on clearing the cahce via a cron task.

Is this command:

rm -r /var/{cache,compiled};

still compatible with v4.0.3?

Thank you for your help with this.

With best wishes
