This issue has been resolved. It turns out that the Martfox server was configured completely wrong. Despite numerous support tickets to Martfox nothing was ever satisfactorily corrected the problem. It wasn't until I contacted JesseLeeStringer here on the forum that I was able to correct the problem with the site. At JesseLeeStringer's suggestion we moved the site to ServInt where he was able to properly configure the server and since that time the site has functioned flawlessly.

The site has been functioning properly now for about 13 hours, keeping fingers crossed and hope for the best.

I have contacted both Martfox and CS-Cart support and they both are aware of the issues. Both Martfox and CS-Cart have been very responsive in my numerous support tickets but dealing with the time difference is a killer though.

The site is now serving only the main page (lagged of course) and now I am receiving database errors and cannot access products or customer orders. This is the worst possible issue I have ever experienced and it is really killing our business. I just hope we can get it figured out soon.

Hello Imsplus,

As this problem was requested via Customer Help Desk, I checked your site today. It seems that the problem occurred because your site was spammed. Please ask your sever administrator to filter malicious IP-addresses from your server.

That still does not appear to fix the problem. Blocking the IP's has had no affect on the performance.

If you haven't modified your store apart from changing the database/username/password then it's the server/configuration. It's best that you contact Martfox as they probably are not aware of the problem. My guess is that mySQL is bursting through the roof in terms of processes then crashing, restarting, rinse, repeat.

Thanks, I have been working with Martfox but I will have them look at mySQL.
