Since the update. I have noticed that my site is no longer sending out emails for orders or contact us. Anyone else having this issue?

 

***. Update***

I just went and changed email setting to use SMTP then saved changes. Then went to the site to try and send a message. Then changed it back to via php Mail function then it started working. Not sure what it was.

At one time we had wordpress installed on the same server and it got infected. We removed it a couple of years ago. Some of these file dates are from 2013 to 2015. I just deleted them all except

htaccess.spam-seo.suspicious-rewrite.003 - html/.htaccess

 

I checked the .htaccess and it looks ok.

And @tbirnseth. What would you recommend for a scanner for our stite?

I used sucuri.net and it checked out ok.

Facebook store option is no longer working

 

This was not working when I first purchased it. I contacted you guys and you said you had to fix some code. After the update to 216 it has not worked since then. I just see the animation loading.
 
Do I have to purchase more support time to get this fixed.
 
Please advise.

Hey everyone, sorry for late reply, but just wanted you to know it's been 10 days without any issues, after switching from Paypal standard to paypal Express! 

I just noticed the same thing. I was getting notifications on my phone that I just got a paypal payment and went to check the site and did not see the order. I checked with PayPal and it showed the order was completed. 

I had to check the incomplete orders to see the order. It shows on cscart that the order was canceled by the customer when payment went through.

 

I just changed to PayPal Express and will see how this works out.

Good thing I had the PayPal app on my phone or else I would have never known the order was there.
