How to turn off this language translation option (green), I'm not sure what I did , and where I turned this?

I would like to have multiple description in .tpl files (depending on language).

For example , file phone.tpl:
{if .......$cart_language = PL...........}
polish text (PL)
{/if}

{if ........$cart_language = EN..........}
english text (EN)
{/if}

I'm not sure its possible. I need this to have multiple languages in payment templates.

How to set image directory depending on language?

For example I would like to add 3 images in main.tpl (I have english and polish images):

I would like to have only one set of images so when customer click polish language he has polish images, when he select english he has english etc. Right now he see all (eng and pol) images.

I know I shouldn't use "{foreach ]" but what?

How to turn off auto-notifications to order department?

I already changed one line in fn_cart.php:

I still get email with status of transactions: processed and failed.


In admin configuration (Order statuses - ?target=statuses&status_type=O) transactions Processed, Failed and Open I have selected to Notify customer
