Where Is The "position" Field?

I want to sort products by "position" (instead of price, etc.). But where is the "position" field in the latest version of CS-Cart? (4.1.x)

It used to be seen in he list of products by going to products > products ... but I don't see it in my admin or in the demo admin.

How To Make Top Menu Look Like This?

How can I make the top menu in v4 look like the menu at crateandbarrel.com?

I know how to change the BG to white and the font to black, but I don't know how to get the top and bottom borders. I've tried applying border styles to the ul.dropdown-multicolumns class, but it doesn't work.

How To Add Subcategory List

I want to add a dynamic subcategory list in the left column for each main category.

For example, if someone clicks on a main category "Fruit", I want to see a automatically generated subcategory list on the left that says "Apple, Banana, Cherries, etc.".

How would I do this with CS-Cart 4? I know how to add blocks, etc., so I don't need a newbie explanation for everything, but I need to know what kind of block to create and what settings to use because the options I tried don't work.

Attached is an example from another site of what I'm looking to do.

USPS Express Mail Won't Show

I have enabled USPS and setup a USPS Express Mail shipping method, but it won't show up in checkout. I found a post that mentioned their username was wrong, but mine is ok. And I've contacted USPS to have the username go into production. So any idea why this method won't show up at checkout?!

Tracking Code in 4.x

How do we add tracking code on the confirmation page for 4.x? The KB article is not updated for v4.
