We process credit card payments offline.
In every case, we receive the typical info: Name, CC #, CVV, etc.
Today we received an order with no Payment Information at all. It was completely missing. Check out the attached image.
- We troubleshot by checked the DB tables, but they seemed fine.
- We even tried to recreate the scenario by disabling JavaScript, but that didn’t work – I couldn’t place an order or even login without JS turned on.
Has anyone encountered this Payment Info problem before?
