hangs at checkout.... Rate Topic   - - - - -

I've created an acct with authorize.net and put the API key, trans key, etc in all the fields and updated it - then tested it by adding an item to my cart, but when I get to the "customer information" screen and click "continue"....it "hangs" and then times out....any suggestions on this?

I would be glad to provide someone to take a look at my settings.

ok....after playing around with the shipping settings/methods....I had to go into each method (UPS 3-day Select) and choose a country/state and apply any charges to it before it would show up...silly me!...sorry for the post!
