Multiple language in .tpl files

I would like to have multiple description in .tpl files (depending on language).



For example , file phone.tpl:

{if …$cart_language = PL…}

polish text (PL)

{/if}



{if …$cart_language = EN…}

english text (EN)

{/if}



I’m not sure its possible. I need this to have multiple languages in payment templates.
