What is “Points of Sale” in Beta 2? What is the function?

I was actually quite excited when i read this, i thought…brilliant, we can now use CS as a cash register in our store and have our brick store and web store fully integrated through a PC system. But no, it’s a way of adding a map to you store on a page. Hmmm great.

This is used for ad campaigns in your store. Not sure if it’s finished yet.
I think that “Point of Sale” is something like “Dealers list”: I reached this function on online live demo and I see that you can define many points on a google maps (you can specify a name and latitude and longitude).

LOL I got very excitied thinking the same thing. Would be the ideal dream software. Pulling off inventory from the website when a item is purchased in store. Maybe Cs-Cart 3.0.
