Export Order and Order Items together

Hi there



There doesn’t seem to be the ability to export both Orders and Order Items as ONE export, file am I correct?



And also, CS-Cart replaces Product Option field names with field numbers…

How can I export the entire Order?

Have you figured out how to export BOTH order details and items on the order yet? I have been trying to do this and can’t seem to figure it out. I’m confused why CS would call it “export orders” when it does not export the order at all.

I also need the ‘orders’ & ‘order items’ exported in the one file or the order item with more ‘available fields’ so I export the customer details along with the order items… I have not been able to work it our yet either…

We ended up paying CS to write a mod that would allow us to “export” all of the line information for orders, but it is still in 2 differents steps. If this is something you need please PM me and I will get a copy of the mod to you…no cost.

I was using EPS-Cart (Same as CS-Cart) now I am using cs-cart and have been able to import the orders but the items ordered I have not.



Anyone know how to do this, seems when I try to import them over it does not recognise the item id.

I think the tough part for this work is to decode product options. Personally I think this is a really bad design as CS-CART put a lot of order detail data in one field. I have spent a lot of time to get data from the extra field.
