The option to export products to data feeds such as google base, shopzilla, shopping.com, Shop.com, PriceGrabber.com, NextTag.com etc… is also important. I rely on most of these to get customers and am sure many others do aswell. Most top ecommerce softwares come with this aswell like interspire and x cart.
Also, a live chat software would be nice. This gives the store owner the ability to chat with the customers live.
Just a couple of things I thought of that would be nice to add. 
CS already has a livehelp Addon since 1.3.4, and you can use the export addon to create data feeds, however a more advanced version specifically for each data feed is in the works…

probably not yet as live help requires an additional installation of the live help program which you get when you purchase a full license…
I’d like to request shopbot too if you guys are already thinking of doing feeds. They rank really high on most google organics in Australia (shopbot.com.au)
