Hi,

This is going to sound ignorant, well.. because it is.

I have imported some of my products with a .csv file and specified a file path for detailed images and thumbnails as well. Though, after uploading my file I can't view the detailed images or the thumbnails, they are replaced by "No Image Available."

I don't have a clue why this is happening, any help would be much appreciated.

Are you storing your images in the file system or database?

Do you have a link to your store?

update: this problem seems to have been magically cured when I uploaded the same file the same way a fourth time...

for the record my images are in the database.
