Currently there is a way to import a csv file for products (semi-colon delimited seems to work the best), could you also add a way of importing a csv file of all the product options?
here is attached example of how a zen-cart mod “easypopulate” does it.

EOREOR means end of the line, but it can go on and on if you add more options following that format. But thats just one way of doing it.
or maybe it could be added to the current file, but that may limit you based on total columns
