Unable To Access Website Admin Portion

Hi team,

I've recently installed an addon into my store and am now unable to access any portion of the back end.

When I hit the "Admin" button at the bottom of the page, it just gives me a white page, no error, no prompt to log in etc.

Our website is hosted/was created by a local developer and as such we don't have access to the developer portion of the website. I have asked them to look into it but they seemingly have a bit on at the moment as I've requested it be looked into on Tuesday but with no progress or completion.

Any ideas as to what I can do to resolve this without access to the developer section of the website?

Usually white page means error. To see error message it is required to enable DEVELOPMENT mode. Unfortunately, it is not possible without access to files

Yes, understandable.

Fortunately they have managed to fix it yesterday.
