Shows as not installed on v4.14.1 in Addons but works in store front.
I cant edit the statuses as there is no save button just an onstall button but is already installed and shows active

We have faced similar issue recently with another module.
Log in the phpmyadmin, go to the cscart_addons table, find line with PayPal addon and set the "install_datetime" value to 1647577143
Than clear cache
