I have a customer and everytime she logs in 2 gift certifiates appear in her cart. It's the same when I act as her. I tried everything: emptying her cart, checking out with them, as well as without them (after deleing them), emptying her cart in the admin panel, deleting the gift certificates, putting them on used and cancelled, etc.
Still each time I login as her again, the 2 gift certificates are in her cart.
Has anyone ever seen this before?
