So I think the problem comes from elsewhere. It's strange because I have done 2 upgrades 4.11.5 and 4.12.1 without problem : I first received a notification then made the upgrade. But I have never received notification for 4.12.2 and the following. And today when I go to "Administration" → "Upgrade center" and click the gear button and choose "Refresh available upgrades" , the answer is "No upgrades currently available".
Do CS Cart change its way to make upgrades ? I read nothing about that in the documantation ou emails ?

You should contact CS-Cart support team with this issue. Sometimes such things happen
