There is an option to set a product to be downloadable. However, in checkout page it asks for shipping address even for downloadable product. Why would shipping address is required for a downloadable product / digital delivery? It would be a better option to have an option to disable shipping address for digital products!
possibly because depedning on the shipping location, taxes can be different
