Invoice Logo Not Visible In Emails

Hi,

Please require your kind assistance as I am not able to see the logo in the Order emails which is being sent by CS-Cart as notifications.

On the Order page if I print the file, it shows the log but not in the email attachments.

Any help or guidance will be really appreciated.

webP images? most desktop mail clients do not support it yet as I recently found out.

check in design>themes> theme editor then check the logos section

Thanks for your response. I checked and it is showing the logs in all the section i.e. theme | email | gift certificates. I am not sure why it is not showing in email.

The issue was solved following this article....

What does enabling Cloudflare Hotlink Protection do? 10

Cloudflare was blocking the image, by following the steps, I am able to see the logo in the invoice.

Unfortunately, after a week of struggle with Cloudflare, it seems that there is something that needs to be done in CS-Cart to work along with Cloudflare.

Will appreciate if anyone has faced similar issue of logo not being displayed in Invoice PDF.
