I have a website made in drupal and I want to convert it into an ecommerce.
Can CS-Cart be integrated into Drupal or is there some kind of incompatibility?

Do you use Drupal Commerce?
We work with Drupal all of the time ranging from small sites to Enterprise deployments.
Here's our advice ... just run CS-Cart as a sub-domain and bolt it on to your site. Do not mess around with trying to run this in a sub-directory of Drupal.
Drupal will hate you for it.
You will hate Drupal for what it will put you through.
No one is happy.
