How to delete spam in comments and reviews?

I have 3,000 spam comments all from one day in my comment and review area.

I see how to delete them one by one but how to delete them all at once to save time?

If there are key words in the spam you can do it via phpMyAdmin

Thank you for the idea - the spam is mixed some has key words so I will try to get those in bulk but many were different!
