Mve Ultimate - Domains For Every Vendor?

I brought MVE plus because I am targetting small sellers who might sell four or 5 products in small quantities. I want to build a community that shares knowledge, and thought getting many sellers in the same space selling similar products was a good idea. It seems lots of people want their own Domain though. I see I can assign domains in MVE ultimate. The documentation is focused on regional marketplace as opposed to individual stores though, so not sure if possible ...

To be clear, I am wanting the vendor-micro store that is both posted on the marketplace and duplicated on a vendors Domain.

  1. If I upgrade to ultimate (don't know where I am giong to find the $ but ...) is there anything to stop me in from assigning a shopfront (and domain) to each vendor (e.g. is there an issue of many vendors with marketplaces in the same rates areas)?
  2. Is there another cheaper option than purchasing ultimate (besides a redirect from domain to marketplace/microstore) that would allow each vendor (who wanted one) to have a domain. This seems to have been asked a few times and the answers yieldedto date provide suggestions for add-ons that are for a subdomain only ... but worth another ask I guess?

Even you buy the ultimate mv, still you can't achieve what you are asking.

you have to answer many questions to get proper answer for your question.

1. do you want to have a domain name for the exactly microstore url address or you want to have a website like marketplace?

2. do you need to have a separate design for each domain?

3. do you need to have a payment, shipment, language vs?

4. do you need to have a categories changed or just like microstore?

for sure you have to make a custom addon to get what you want.

I have made my own addon called "multidomain" that depending the vendor_plan, vendor's products can be listed on multiple domains and with different design and all have to use only catalog mode. then abandon the project, since cs-cart started add some of functionality, but seems like still not giving exactly full control.

without knowing what you want, I believe no one can answer you correctly.

Maybe if I isolate the key question ...
