Poor Service from Ecomm - need help
I paid Ecomm to upgrade my store and the upgrade is mostly OK but when I started to check the details I found some problems which needed to be fixed.
They said the problems were fixed and more than once I told them that they were not and sent screen shots to prove it.
We started going in a circle so I asked the assigned developer to contact his manager who I assume is more experienced -and the developer simply ignored my request - this is a big problem.
I am easy going when things need to be fixed and the developer politely works with me. As I have been with CS cart since version one and have seen great developers and not so great ones - but the key point is politeness and the willingness to communicate...
My request for help today is does anyone know the name and email address of the owner of Ecomm?
I have a feeling that when he hears about this situation he will want to quickly help. I am trying to finish before Christmas...
