How To Forward Traffic To A Static Page Temporarily

Hello everyone!

My CS-cart install is still under construction and awaiting launch but it is live. I want to be able to forward potential customers to a static page of my design to ensure that they have normal updates and necessary links.

I'm new to CS-Cart. How would I go about forwarding all traffic, that is not already signed in to the cart, to a static page?

I presume you have found Administration/Shopfronts where you can turn off the shopfront, (if you look at that page you can also find/set a key to access when the shopfront is closed). Even when shopfront closed, if you log in as admin for the period of a session you will be able to work on your site and navigate as if it was open.
