Hi, I am new to cs-cart. My colleague and I are trying out different version of themes, one is made default and the other one is not. Our store is turned off.
Can you please help with following questions:
- How can we preview changes made in our themes? When I click on the preview link, it sometimes displayed Store Closed, sometimes the website will show.
- When the website shows, it always goes to home page, not the page I am editing. For instance, I go to Design->layout and edit the layout of vendors, when I click on Preview under the gear icon, it always brings me to home page not the vendors page.

please note that the layout is a combination of layout pages (homepage, product page, category page, default page and etc). CS-Cart only provides layout preview - not the layout page preview. It is coded this way. The changes in layout pages settings appear in the storefront right away. To see them, you should open the corresponding layout page in your storefront.
However, we work constantly on improving the software, so this functionality may be added in one of the future versions.
