I have set related emails at the Store section.
But when I tried to send a test message on the 'Contact us' page, no message is received. So I wonder if anyone who know where the message go?

You set the email it goes to on the contact us page under "form builder"

You need to check spam section for more details. Also you can install formidable plugin, it captures all the entries of your contact us page. I hope this helps
