Hot sales image size- how to change?

I think, images size is adapted to screen width. What do you want to do?

I want to get the product images a little bigger. Such as , currently it is 234*234, I want 500* 500.

I checked Seting- thumbernails, but didnot find the place to change it.

Change number of items per page to 3 and image sizes will be bigger
